Features
This product is white fluffy powder, small particle size, uniform particle size, using nano silica-aluminum composite inorganic coating, powder after organic treatment, forming a layer of organosilicon, titanate film on the surface of the powder, improve the dispersion of the powder, to avoid the powder storage of the second agglomeration. The treated nano titanium dioxide powder can be crosslinked with the resin to enhance the binding force between the resin and the powder. Used in plastics to improve the anti-aging and mechanical properties of plastics.

Applications
1, rutile type nano titanium dioxide (VK-T03) has good absorption performance of ultraviolet UVA and UVB, can effectively absorb ultraviolet light, prevent plastic from being damaged by sunlight, and help prevent plastic products from breaking, fading and other light degradation.
2. The strength, toughness, anti-aging, heat resistance and impact resistance of plastics are increased several times.
3, the UV shielding, antistatic properties and tensile properties of plastics have been improved.
4, coated with VK-TA03 nano titanium dioxide film surface has a self-cleaning effect.
5, nano titanium dioxide (VK-TA03) has an antibacterial effect on harmful bacteria.
6. Adding nano titanium dioxide (VK-TA03) to plastic products can speed up the degradation rate of plastic products.
