Zinc oxide has large band gap and exciton binding energy, high transparency, and excellent luminescence performance at room temperature. It is used in liquid crystal displays, thin film transistors, light-emitting diodes and other products in the semiconductor field. Functions and Applications
1. in the rubber or cable industry used as natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex vulcanization active agent, reinforcing agent and colorant, so that rubber has good corrosion resistance, tear resistance and elasticity.
