    Features

    Tungsten silicide is a kind of odorless black gray tetragonal crystal, insoluble in water and aqua regia, soluble in nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid mixture.

    It has good oxidation resistance and is soluble in aqua regia but insoluble in water. The chemical properties of tungsten disilicide are as follows: it can react violently with many substances, such as strong acids, fluorine, oxidising agents and interhalogen compounds.

    Applications

    1. Nano WSi2 is often used in microelectronics as a haptic material where the resistance is 60-80u Qcm.

    2. It is often used as a shunt on polysilicon wires to increase the conductivity and signal speed of polysilicon wires.

    3. Used to make antioxidant covering layer and resistive wire dressing.

    4. Widely used in industry, agriculture, life science, inspection and quarantine, environmental protection, energy development, scientific research and national economy.

    5.Tungsten silicide can be used to make antioxidant coating and resistance wire coating.
