Features
Nickel oxide is a green powder, yellow powder when overheated, specific gravity 6.6-6.8, melting point 1990ºC. It is oxidized to nickel sesquioxide by heat to 400ºC in the air, and at 600ºC, it is reduced to nickel monoxide and calcined at low temperature to obtain nickel monoxide, which has chemical activity. If the nickel oxide obtained by calcination at 1000ºC is greenish-yellow, the activity is small. The solubility and catalytic activity decreased with the increase of the preparation temperature and the increase of the density and resistance of nickel oxide.
Electrical properties: Nickel oxide has good dielectric properties and conductive properties in electronic ceramics, and can be used to prepare electronic devices such as capacitors and varistors.
Stability: N2O for electronic ceramics needs to have good chemical stability to ensure the stability and reliability of ceramic materials in different working environments.

Applications
