Applications
1, steel and non-ferrous alloy additives.
2. Silicon nitride ceramic materials containing 6% nano-yttrium oxide and 2% aluminum can be used to develop engine components.
3, the electron microscope fluorescent screen composed of Y-Al garnet single crystal, high fluorescence brightness, low absorption of scattered light, high temperature resistance and mechanical wear resistance.
4, containing nano-gadolinium oxide up to 90% of the high-nanometer yttrium oxide structure alloy, can be used in aviation and other requirements of low density and high melting point occasions.
5, the high nano yttrium oxide high temperature proton conduction material containing 90% of the nano yttrium oxide is of great significance for the production of fuel cells, electrolytic cells and gas sensors requiring high hydrogen solubility.
6, nano yttrium oxide is also used in high temperature resistant spray materials, atomic energy reactor fuel diluent, permanent magnet material additives and in the electronics industry as getter.
