Nano indium tin oxide In2O3(SnO2) composite powder is a widely used functional material, commonly known as ITO powder. ITO, as a kind of N-type semiconductor material, has become a hot material for anti-static, anti-radiation and anti-glare of display and picture tube in electronic industry because of its good conductivity and light transmission performance. ITO powder is transparent to visible light, strongly reflects infrared light, and has low film resistance, so it has been increasingly widely used in liquid crystal display, microwave shielding, heat insulation glass, solar cells, vehicle window defogging and defrosting.
