    Features

    Highly homogeneous mixed nano tin-bismuth alloy powder with controllable particle size and Sn-Bi composition can be prepared by the variable current laser ion beam vapor phase method, with high purity, homogeneous particle size, spherical shape, good dispersion, easy mixing and sintering, etc. The nano tin-bismuth alloy particles are small in size and have a low melting point, and they can be applied in the semiconductor materials.

    Applications

    1, semiconductor materials, low melting point tin-bismuth alloy material strength is low, so in the stamping process is not easy to appear strains, scratches and other defects, is conducive to improving the surface quality of stamped parts;
