Features
Copper oxide (CuO) is a black oxide of copper that is slightly amphoteric and slightly hygroscopic. The relative molecular weight is 79.545, the density is 6.36.9g/cm3, and the melting point is 1326ºC.
High purity: Electronic grade copper oxide has a very high purity, usually reaching more than 99.999%, which makes it able to provide stable and reliable performance in electronic device manufacturing.
Excellent electrical properties: Electronic grade copper oxide has good electrical properties, including high electrical conductivity and good insulation properties, which makes it able to be used as an insulating or conductive layer in semiconductor devices.
Stable chemical properties: Electronic grade copper oxide has good chemical stability and can resist many chemical corrosion, which makes it work stably in electronic devices for a long time.
Ultrafine particles: Electron grade copper oxide usually has a small particle size, which is conducive to improving its surface area and reactivity, giving it excellent performance in some applications.

Applications
Mainly used for continuous automatic plating of high-quality PCB, and make the coating more uniform.

Storage conditions
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. It should be stored separately from reducing agents, alkali metals and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed. Storage areas should be equipped with suitable materials to contain leaks.
