Features
Copper oxide (CuO) is a black oxide of copper that is slightly amphoteric and slightly hygroscopic. The relative molecular weight is 79.545, the density is 6.36.9g/cm3, and the melting point is 1326ºC.

Bactericidal and anticorrosive properties: copper oxide has good bactericidal and anticorrosive properties, and can be used for crop pest control and wood anticorrosive treatment.

Applications
Agricultural fungicides: copper oxide can be used to prepare agricultural fungicides for the prevention and control of crop diseases and pests, such as downy mildew of grapevine and brown rot of apple trees.
Forestry preservatives: copper oxide can be used for wood anticorrosion treatment to extend the service life of wood, such as anticorrosive wood, anticorrosive pulp, etc.
Animal and plant health products: copper oxide can also be used for the preparation of animal and plant health products, for animal disinfection and plant health care.

Storage conditions
