Features
Nanometer zinc oxide (ZnO), white hexagonal crystalline or spherical particles, the particle size is less than 100nm, the average particle size is 50nm, the specific surface area is greater than 4m/g. It has extremely high chemical activity, excellent catalytic and photocatalytic activity, and has anti-infrared, ultraviolet radiation and bactericidal function. Good mobility.
Used as a catalytic material, photochemical semiconductor material, can catalyze the photolysis of organic molecules. ZnO at 10~25nm can be used for catalytic photolysis of phenol, and can also be used as a catalyst for direct synthesis of methanol from CO hydrogenation. Compared with ordinary ZnO, the CO conversion and methanol recovery can be significantly improved.

Applications
Folding rubber industry: Large specific surface area, stronger activity, can be used as a vulcanization active agent and other functional additives, improve the smooth rubber products, wear resistance, mechanical strength and anti-aging performance indicators, reduce the use of ordinary zinc oxide, extend the service life;
Ceramic industry: As a enamel and flux, it can reduce the sintering temperature, improve the gloss and flexibility, and has excellent performance.
Power electronics: Nanometer zinc oxide varistor is the most widely used varistor material because of its nonlinear characteristics, which can play the role of overvoltage protection, lightning resistance and instantaneous pulse. The results show that the nonlinear coefficient α=45, the critical electric field value is greater than 1000V, and the leakage current is less than 1μA.
Storage conditions
This product should be stored in dry, cool and sealing of the environment, can not be exposure to air, in addition should avoid the heavy pressure, according to ordinary goods transportation.
