Applications
Nanoscale titanium dioxide used in textile sizing procedures:
1, the slurry mixing process should maintain the original viscosity.
2, the parameters of the sizing machine remain stable.
3. Nano-titanium dioxide is first dispersed into 20% liquid (A).
4, the amount of nano titanium dioxide powder: 0.5-2% of the weight of starch.
(The weight of starch here = the amount of original starch + the amount of starch in place of PVA).
5, pure cotton sizing with an equal amount of starch to replace PVA, other components unchanged.
6, the appropriate amount of water is added to the slurry bucket, and then shake the liquid (A) slurry additives.
7. Add the specified amount of starch and stir at medium speed for ten minutes before putting in other raw materials.
8, temperature boiling, normal pressure slurry 30 minutes or high pressure slurry 20 minutes.
Dosage: 900 kg pulp + 2-8 kg liquid A
