Features
The product has high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, low packing density, UV reflectance of more than 95% and absorption of infrared band absorption rate of more than 97%, low ceramic forming temperature of the device, good dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, good chemical corrosion resistance, especially high temperature strength, and self-lubricating effect. It forms a fine dispersion phase in the composite material, which greatly improves the comprehensive properties of the composite material. The product itself has self-lubricating performance and can be used in lubricating oil. The characteristics of high hardness and small sliding friction coefficient of silicon nitride can be applied to the metal surface of ceramic wear-resistant composite plating, applied to paint can play a wear-resistant and solvent resistance, high purity silicon nitride can be used in quartz crucible release agent.

Applications

Storage conditions
Damp reunion will affect its dispersion performance and using effects, therefore, this product should be sealed in vacuum and stored in cool and dry room and it should not be exposure to air. In addition, the product should be avoided under stress.
