Micro nano tantalum disilicide powder is prepared by variable current laser ion beam vapor phase method, high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high hardness, it is a kind of engineering material.TaSi2=237.12, density 9.14g/cm3, melting point 2200℃.
Tantalum silicide has excellent properties such as high melting point, low resistivity, corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and good compatibility with silicon, carbon and other matrix materials.
