    The composition of titanium alloy TC4 is Ti-6Al-4V, which belongs to (α+β) type titanium alloy and has good comprehensive mechanical and mechanical properties. The specific strength is greater. TC4 has a strength sb=1.012GPa, a density g=4.51g/cm3, and a specific strength sb/g=23.5, while the specific strength sb/g of alloy steel is less than 18. The thermal conductivity of titanium alloy is low, the thermal conductivity of titanium alloy is 1/5 of iron, 1/10 of aluminum, and the thermal conductivity of TC4 l=7.955W/m·K.

    TC4(Ti-6Al-4V) and TA7(Ti-5Al-2.5Sn) titanium alloys were modified by two injection schemes. The test shows that after ion implantation, the microhardness of titanium alloys is improved, the sliding friction coefficient is significantly reduced, and the wear resistance is effectively improved. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis of injected and uninjected samples was carried out to find out the modification mechanism, and satisfactory results were obtained.
